Room Key Help

Need help on how to use/get hold of your room key? Please read the documentation below:

1. First, download the HiOSMobile app from our website.*


2. Click on "WorstEastern" from the hamburger menu, then click "RoomKey"


3. Enter your THCLogin details to log-in, turn on NFC, then scan your phone to unlock room.

*Compatible with smartphones running Android 7 or above
**Scanning function only available on smartphones with NFC
